The angels, the beings of light, were the observers of the drama. Being observers they were unaffected by the scenes in the play and so remained blissfully happy in their eternal light world. They could enter into the play and enjoy it but always stayed beyond any affects of the play. For them it was entertainment, an addition to their lives of happiness which they didn't need but did enjoy.
The light beings were complete and therefore content. They had everything they needed, the best of everything. They knew all about the play, the drama, how it worked, what to do and what not to do. So they remained safe and secure and happy. The angels loved their world, they loved their family and they they loved their Father/Mother, the great Being of Light and eternal love.
